If your problem could actually be solved with just a better training program or a different nutrition plan, you’d already have the body and confidence you want.
This work addresses what’s actually stopping you from doing so in an integrated way. We use training and nutrition strategically, but the real transformation happens at the level of identity. We must shift how you see yourself, the story you’ve been living from, and the cause of your sabotage and lack of results.
If you’re just doing the Physique option, whilst that doesn’t include the deep dive identity work, just through our conversation and approach alone you’ll see how different this is to anything you’ve done before.
Most approaches focus on your problems in isolation.
Fitness coaching focuses only on the body and not what’s driving your actions. Therapy focuses only on your past and your problems without helping you become someone better. Mindset work can temporarily shift your thinking but is often done without building any lasting foundations.
When these pieces aren’t integrated together, you just end up back in the same loop and nothing ever changes.
In my work, we address your story, we implement the strategy and we integrate it into how you live, lead, train, eat, work, and show up in relationships. The goal is not short term motivation or surface level discipline, but instead to become the type of person who naturally lives at a higher standard, no longer held back by their past limitations.

Body image is rarely about body fat. It’s about identity, shame, past experiences, comparison and the meaning you’ve attached to how you look.
Unlike a lot of other coaching methods, we don’t bypass that. We address it directly by unpacking the story driving it, by rebuilding your internal framework and then pairing it with structured physical transformation strategy, so that your external results are an effortless bi-product of your internal shift.
Your struggles, no matter how long you’ve had them, are not a barrier here, but an entry point.
I understand that this level of work is an investment, not just financially, but in who you’re becoming.
For each offer, there’s a paid in full option and a structured payment plan. I’m happy to discuss an alternate payment plan within reason.
What I won’t do is discount the work or dilute the standard. This transformation requires commitment, and the investment reflects the depth and integration involved.
If you’re looking for a cheaper option and cost is your number one priority, I’m sure you’ll be able to find one and I encourage you to go and do that.
